EU Digital Services Act
What Digital Services Act?
The EU Digital Services Act (DSA) is a regulation designed to create a safer and more transparent online environment. It establishes rules for online platforms, such as SubscribeStar, to ensure the protection of users’ rights, limit the spread of illegal content, and promote transparency.
In compliance with the DSA, the 2023 annual transparency report has been published and is now available for review by relevant authorities and the public. The report covers key areas such as Content Moderation Overview, Illegal Items Removal, User Rights Protection, Enforcement of Platform Policies, Copyright Infringement Claims, and Risk Mitigation Measures.
