4) Meditation Live Stream: Qigong Standing Meditation [ASMR]

Let’s meditate together, do some standing Qigong meditation, what we talked about and demonstrated in a couple of previous live streams. I’ll set up my space to be nice and chill, light some candles, and maybe create enough space to do some stretching after the medications. I’ll walk you through my routine. I have yet to upload the previous live streams on BitChute and YouTube, but we will have them up before we begin this session.
