💎 STELLA [0.1.1] ⭐ Patch Notes
Hello everyone!
I have been pretty busy with my day job for the last couple of months, but I finally managed to address all of the changes/feedback I received during 0.1 to make STELLA a better experience with 0.1.1. There is nothing worth replaying for, so please save your time and bandwidth. This update and its changes are just to improve the experiences of new and mobile players. Additionally, it is to set myself up for more success with future updates by having better continuity and more coding foundations. With 0.1.1 released, I can now work on the 0.2 update, which should be a longer update thanks to not having to deal with all of the coding and setup that I already did in 0.1!

[0.1.1]
ALL PLATFORMS:
- Upgraded my code for the Phone UI. The person's name/group chat name will now stay displayed at the top of the chat like any other messaging software.
- Changed a majority of the intermission screens from the overused "A few minutes later..."
- Upgraded the STELLA HQ building exterior. Credits to Godsent for creating it in Blender and Reddss for porting it to HS2
- Fixed some minor clipping in some renders
- Dialogue that has multiple characters speaking at the same time has been improved. The two textboxes will now be side-by-side and share the same (optional) textbox background. (Previously, they were on top of each other and their textbox backgrounds overlapped if enabled)
- Fixed/added code to hide the (optional) textbox background during transitions/animations to improve the viewing experience
- Added new terms to the dictionary/lexicon (e.g. Main Vocalist, Lead Vocalist, Lunchables)
- Fixed a small continuity error
- Adjusted some dialogue for better clarity or future continuity
- Fixed typographical errors
MOBILE:
- Added mobile gestures to make the mobile experience better. Swipe up for the game menu ("ESC" on PC), swipe down to hide the game menu ("H" on PC), swipe right to skip ("CTRL" on PC), or swipe left to rollback ("scrolling up" on PC)
- Improved the tutorial to accommodate for mobile controls
- Fixed minor text spacing issues in the Gallery for mobile
