Salam everyone, hope you are doing well. I am going to write some reviews about the Netflix series Breaking Bad. For an analytical mind such as mine, this series provides much food for thought. I would argue that this series speaks to the human condition in multiple ways and from many angles. I will go through my favorite characters and break down over all themes that I got from it all.
I hope you will enjoy it and find new and intriguing angles that you might not have thought of before.
Here are some basic facts about the series:
Directors: Vince Gilligan, Colin Bucksey, Michael Slovis, Michelle MacLearn, Terry McDonough and a few more.
The series ran from 2008-13.
It is about an over qualified chemist who works at a high school who turns to making meth due to his cancer diagnosis and financial woes. The series shows his transformation during his medical and business journey. Along the way we see may angles of ethics come into play as well as social politics which prove to be very entertaining as well as enlightening.
Genre: Crime TV & film, Thriller, Dark Comedy, Tragedy, Drama and Suspense.
