massive update RE the book. 

I'm down to less then half remaining for the continuity editing check, and once that's done i have only one or maybe two editing passes left before its done and ready to be published. those editing passes are going to take far shorter this time, as the bundle of yarns already been unsnarled so to speak. 

seriously, editing is hell and the editing pass for text continuity is double hell. 

November is likely to feature those final polishing steps and the setup of some official things to get the book out the door.
