I've just replaced page 265 in the Quail Studios Music and Lead Sheets book. Here's the link for the new page. Open position chords - page 265 replacement
The former sheet names four chords incorrectly.
D9, E9, A9, C9
They are now named:
Dsus2, Eadd9, Asus2, Cadd9
